On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. At Transport questions, one of my colleagues, I am sure through either a lapse of memory or manners, raised a matter concerning the development of Hurn airport at Christchurch in my constituency. It is a matter of great concern to my constituents as it is sited in the middle of the green belt. Unfortunately, my colleague failed to give me any notice and you, Sir, cannot possibly know what hon. Members will raise. May I ask you to make it clear in Hansard that if Members of Parliament wish to raise matters outwith their constituency, it would be courteous to advise the Member concerned?
As the hon. Member knows, I am in favour of these courtesies. I adjudged when I called the hon. Member for Bournemouth, East (Mr. Atkinson) that his constituents might possibly have used the airport.
