I do not think we need that building to provide satellite television, the problem is the provision of cable and we are considering that and the cost thereof. On space for the House, the hon. Gentleman will be especially aware that phases I and II of the Bridge street site are being pursued. I hope that Bridge street phase I will be complete by the end of the recess.
