I wish to call attention to the rubric on the Order Paper that the instrument has not yet been considered by the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments. It was so considered this afternoon and no special attention was called to it. It may be convenient if I say that the same applies to the next motion relating to the Elections (Welsh Forms) Regulations.

May I take this opportunity, Mr. Deputy Speaker, of confirming what the right hon. Member for Crosby (Mr. Page) said, and of thanking the Committee for the work it did in giving the matter its attention.

Question put and agreed to.

Resolved,

That the draft INMARSAT (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1979, which was laid before this House on 29 March, be approved.

That the Elections (Welsh Forms) Regulations 1979, a copy of which was laid before this House on 2 April, be approved.—[Mr. John.]
