Mr. Nicholas Scott presented a Bill to provide for the tenants of blocks of flats to form co-ownership housing associations; for a duty to be placed upon landlords whether municipal or private to sell the freeholds of blocks of flats to such associations and upon the Housing Corporation to finance such sales; and for purposes connected with those matters: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday, 22nd February and to be printed [Bill 61].
