Resolved,That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make provision as to certain international headquarters and defence organisations, it is expedient to authorise any increase attributable to that Act in the sums payable out of moneys provided by Parliament under section 8 or section 9 of the Visiting Forces Act 1952.—[Mr. Green.]
