Does not the Minister think it a little disappointing that the public have not reacted more positively towards one of the most attractive pieces of rehabilitation work for which his Department has been responsible and upon which I think the Ancient Monument Inspectorate deserves the warmest congratulations of us all? Has he any plans for action which will stimulate public interest in the Jewel Tower? For example, would he welcome a visit from the Russian Parliamentary delegation, whom we are all delighted to welcome to this country?
