asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if the Government of Albania still continue to disregard successfully the decree of the International Court, allowing damages of £800,000 to Britain for the deaths of British sailors in the Corfu Channel; and if he will make a statement.

The Albanian Government have not yet shown any willingness to pay the compensation which was awarded to Her Majesty's Government by the International Court.
