On a point of order. In the series of Questions for written answer, I have on the Order Paper Question 17, which is:
To ask the Minister of Supply whether he is prepared to help Scottish Aviation Ltd. to develop the aircraft known as the Twin Pioneer.
That Question greatly affects the future industry of Scotland. I wonder whether you, Mr. Speaker, would give me permission to ask it in view of the great interest that is felt in the subject in Scotland?
