None, Sir. Local education authorities are well aware that their arrangements for the transport of children to school should be made with proper regard for economy.

Does the right hon. Gentleman think that the expenditure under this head, whatever it is, is really justified, when the parents of these children are denied the basic ration which would enable them to carry out these duties?
