Anyone staying in a licensed establishment for three nights or more must, of course, have coupons cancelled according to the length of stay. The arrangements made between the landladies of boarding houses not licensed as catering establishments, and their lodgers are, however, a matter which we must leave to their private agreement, since I am afraid it would not be possible to cover by regulations all the many and varied circumstances of individual cases.
