asked the Minister of Health what conditions are laid down for the provision of piped water before his Department's consent is given to the construction of Airey houses in rural districts.
The conditions in this respect for Airey houses are the same as those for other types of rural houses.
Will the right hon Gentleman make it clear to the rural district councils that there is no embargo laid upon them that licences shall not be granted where main water services cannot be provided?
Exactly the same conditions apply as to other houses.
