asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will publish as a White Paper the directions issued by the Military Government in Germany with respect to de-Nazification.

The relevant Control Council Directives and British Ordinances are available to the public from His Majesty's Stationery Office, and it is therefore not proposed to publish them as a White Paper. I have, however, arranged for copies of the latest British Ordinance to be placed in the Library.
