Resolved: That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the law relating to companies and unit trusts and to dealing in securities, and to bring the law of bankruptcy and the law relating to the registration of business names into conformity in certain respects with the law relating to companies as so amended, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by the Board of Trade by virtue of the Act; and
  2. (b) the payment into the Exchequer of any fees payable or fines imposed by virtue of the Act."—[The Solicitor-General.]
