A certificate of registration is necessary in the field of building and civil engineering. The Departments concerned are the Ministries of Food, Fuel and Power, the Board of Trade and the Ministry of Works. Figures are not available, without an undue expenditure of labour, for food wholesaling or manufacture, or for coal retailing, for which licences are obtained from local fuel overseers.
