Resolution reported: That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for carrying into effect Treaties of Peace between His Majesty and certain other Powers, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of the expenses of any Minister incurred in carrying out the Treaties specified in the said Act of the present Session.
