Can the right hon. Gentleman tell the House how long this Report has been printing—how long it is since it was sent to the printer?

It is a fairly long time since it was sent to the printer, but there have been certain difficulties. There happened to be a Command Paper ahead of this, and that put difficulties in the way of my getting this Report printed as early as I should have liked.

Does the Stationery Office only print one paper at a time?

No, Sir. They handle more than one paper at a time, and no one knows that better than the right hon. and learned Gentleman.

Could it not have been printed in Scotland?
