Will my right hon. Friend expedite the discussions which have now been going on for a very long time, and will he also glance at the statement made last night by the Under-Secretary of State for Air showing the remarkable success of this reform in the Royal Air Force?
Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
