asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies to what extent the circulation of the "Weekly Bulletin" of the public relations department in Sierra Leone is restricted by scarcity of paper; whether there is a long list of applicants for it; and whether, in view of the lack of reliable news in the Sierra Leone Press, paper supplies for the. "Weekly Bulletin" will be increased.
Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
