Resolved: That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to authorise the appointment of additional Lords of Appeal in Ordinary, it is expedient to authorise the charging on and payment out of the Consolidated Fund of any amount by which the sums charged on and payable out of that Fund under the Appellate' Jurisdiction Act, 1876, in respect of the salaries and pensions of Lords of Appeal in Ordinary are increased by reason of additional appointments made under the said Act of the present Session."—(King's Recommendation signified.)—[The Attorney-General]
