asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he proposes to make any alterations in facilities allowed to. emigrants from the United Kingdom to countries outside the sterling area; and if the "Guide to Emigrants from the United Kingdom to Countries outside the Sterling Area," issued by the Bank of England and dated 23rd July, 1946, will remain applicable to persons emigrating from the United Kingdom to these countries during 1947.

There will be no change either in the facilities or in the Guide.
