asked the Minister of Transport whether he will issue instructions that whenever a road motor-transport vehicle has been requisitioned for national service, and application is made for the licensing of a vehicle of similar carrying capacity, the licence shall be issued for the same period of time and of the same class as that of the requisitioned vehicle?
