Resolution reported, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to remove the limitation imposed by Sub-section (2) of Section five of the Mining Industry Act, 1920, upon the total amount of the salaries and remuneration of the staff and of the expenses of the Department of Mines in any year, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase in the sums payable there cut attributable to the removal of the said limitation.

The remaining Orders were read, and postponed.
