asked the Prime Minister what are the numbers of Italian and German troops, respectively, at present stationed in Libya?

I would refer the hon. Member to my reply to the hon. Member for Central Southwark (Mr. Day) on 8th March. My Noble Friend's reports do not indicate the presence of any German troops in Libya.
