I beg to move, in page 10, line 33, after"premises," to insert "mine or commercial building."

This Amendment is little more than drafting. The Committee will recollect that there is power in the Bill to specify a particular factory premises even if it is in a non-vulnerable area. This Amendment enables a mine or commercial building which is in a non-vulnerable area to be specified by the Minister.
