My right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade proposes to present the Cotton Industry (Reorganisation) Bill next week. The Debate on that Bill will give an opportunity for a discussion of the cotton industry.

As the Bill will necessitate orders being laid on the Table for 28 days, will the Prime Minister provide special facilities for getting the Bill through as early as possible?
