asked the Postmaster-General whether his attention has been called to the system of football pools now being organised by Automatic Credit Pools, Limited, whereby postage and postal orders are replaced by automatic machines for franking coupons; and what action he proposes to take?
I am aware of the system referred to, but I am advised that it would not appear to infringe the Postmaster-General's monopoly. In these circumstances I do not propose to take any action.
