asked the Prime Minister whether he can make a statement concerning the recent agreement between the German and Czechoslovak Governments, by which the Czechoslovak Government have agreed that German armed forces shall have the right of transit across Czechoslovakia both in time of peace and war?

I understand that there have been negotiations between the German and Czechoslovak Governments regarding German transit traffic over the Czechoslovak railways, but my Noble Friend has received no details of any agreement which may have been reached on this subject.
