There was no challenge of a formal vote, and therefore it is to be assumed that the opinion was unanimous. Anyone who had desired to do so could have challenged a formal vote and it would then have been held. As no formal vote was taken it is unfair for the hon. Member to suggest that this matter was decided by a vote of 63 to 16.
