I have been asked to reply. My right hon. Friend hopes to publish the provisional statement of returns of agricultural employment, of crop acreages and of the numbers of livestock in England and Wales during the first week in August. As regards the second part of the question, he will consult with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and will communicate with my hon. Friend.
