Resolution reported, That it is expedient—(a) to authorise the payment by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, out of moneys provided by Parliament, in respect of sugar manufactured in Great Britain during the period of twelve months beginning on the first day of September, nineteen hundred and thirty-five from beet grown in Great Britain, of a subsidy at the following rates and subject to the following conditions, that is to say—
