asked the Home Secretary whether he is aware that an Austrian animal trainer, George Kulovits, who is known in this country by his stage name, Togare, and who was registered under the Performing Animals (Regulation) Act, 1925, on 18th December, 1928, to exhibit lions, has recently returned to this country and has exhibited tigers for a number of weeks without being registered in respect of the latter animals; and whether he proposes to take any steps in the matter?
