I must apologise for the absence of my hon. and learned Friend. As regards the cases referred to in the first part of the question, the number submitted was 38. No proceedings were taken in 37 cases. As regards the cases referred to in the latter part of the question, one case was submitted and no proceedings were taken in that case.
