asked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that an important telegram, despatched from York General Post Office at 8.40 p.m., marked 26th February, to Bridestowe, Devon, remained undelivered until the first postal delivery on 28th February; whether he will cause inquiries to be made; and, if no reasonable explanation is forthcoming, take disciplinary action?
