The payments referred to are due to the Irish Land Purchase Fund. The answer to my hon. and gallant Friend's question is in the negative.

Yes, to the National Debt Commissioners.

Is the cost of collection debited to the Irish Land Fund?

I am not sure about that. I will inquire.
