asked the Minister of Pensions whether, seeing that Article 1,163 pensions are based on pre-War conditions and that the Pensions (Increase) Acts only apply to pensions in payment on 1st August, 1914, he will consider the advisability of introducing legislation to cover the position of those men who are in receipt of modified pensions?
