asked the Prime Minister whether he has advised His Majesty to make public the decision of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in the matter of the Irish Boundary Commission; and, if so, will he say what it is?
The Report of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in regard to the Irish Boundary Commission has not yet been received; but when it is, steps will be taken at once to communicate it to Parliament.
Can the right hon. Gentleman say how long it will be before he receives the Report?
I cannot say. It is still in the hands of the Judicial Committee.
Can the right hon. Gentleman say whether the judgment will be given in full to the public?
Certainly; whatever is sent to us will be given in full to the public.
Will the Report be forthcoming before Parliament rises?
I cannot say. It is impossible for me to say. It is not in my hands.
Is it not a fact that the Report is not made to the Prime Minister? It is made to the Crown.
