77.asked the Postmaster-General whether, in view of the fact that a number of sorters in the Post Office, whose work is partly of a manipulative character, and not wholly clerical, have received no benefit under the recommendations either of the Lytton or the Southborough Committees; and, seeing that these men only receive a starting basic rate of pay of 30s. a week for the age of 21, will he forthwith take steps to see that they shall receive the same increase as has been, or may be, granted to other sections under the Southborough award?
