The Prime Minister, the Attorney-General, Mr. Baldwin, Mr. Fisher, Sir Ellis Hume-Williams, Sir Douglas Hogg, Mr. Leif Jones, Mr. Jowitt, Mr. Raw-linson and Mr. Trevelyan nominated members of the Committee.

Ordered, "That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records."
