The committee is at present sitting. As regards the third and fourth parts of the question, the committee will take such evidence as is necessary to enable them to frame their report, but it is not possible to say what particular officers will be heard. It is not intended to appoint a representative of commissioned officers, from warrant rank and warrant officers to serve on this committee.
